As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, I focus on the root of health. In my eyes, deep health and wellness is determined by more than your fridge or a gym membership. Through health coaching, we partner in cultivating a healthy life you love. In the process, we’ll take a look at the connections between your mind and body, motivations and strengths to help you build a bridge to better health.

Making the changes you want is easier with a coach. 

Using tools like motivational interviewing, stages of change theory, and positive psychology techniques, health coaching helps you figure out what you most want and what you’re actually ready to take steps towards right now.
